As announced at the 87th JSIM National Conference (Sapporo University), the conference participation fee is USD$200 per person, collected in cash at the registration desk.The registration fee may be collected on November 1, if you could not pay on October 31.This fee includes the cost of the reception on October 31 and lunch on November 1.
Please note that if you register for the conference but fail to make the payment on the day, we will collect the fee even you were not able to participate in the conference because all the arrangements are set. Please note that, in this case, the invoice will include the international wire transfer fees (about JPY3,000) on top of USD$200 equivalent JPY calculated on the day it is issued.

The conference registration fee (USD 200 ONLY) must be paid in US dollars. For those joining the industrial tour on November 2, the lunch fee (JPY 3,000 ONLY) must be paid in Japanese yen. Payment will be collected during the Opening Reception on October 31. Kindly bring the exact amounts, as no change will be provided. Payments by credit card, Korean won, electronic money, or other methods are not accepted.
